Chelsea Could Be In The Mix For Dybala
Chelsea are believed to be one of the clubs interested in forward Paulo Dybala, who is being tipped to leave Juventus in January. The Blues have long been linked with the Argentinian, who has not been first-choice for the Serie A champions so far this season following the summer capture of superstar Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid.
Dybala did start the opening game of the season against Chievo but has only played 10 minutes as a substitute since and there are rumours that he will move on for a huge fee in January.
The 24-year-old is valued in excess of £80million and if he is made available for transfer there will be no shortage of takers – with Chelsea, Manchester City and United all linked.
The man who sold Dybala to Juve from Palermo three years ago, Palermo owner Maurizio Zamparini, says he has “offers in Spain and England” and thinks he will move on in the new year.
“He’ll leave, because Juventus want to get 120million euros. In January, I think he’ll leave for Spain. He has offers in Spain and England,” Zamaprini said.
“Juventus have a lot of champions and it’s obviously a reason to cry when a phenomenon like him is not playing.”
