Mesut Ozil Fighting For Arsenal Future
Unai Emery is demanding more from ex German international, Ozil on the field of play as criticisms trail his performances.
Mesut Ozil faces a fight to stay at Arsenal, the Mirror reports.
Head coach Unai Emery expects more of the former Germany international, who missed the weekend’s match against West Ham because of flu.
The Spaniard, who denied rumours of a bust up, expects Ozil to put in more effort, with the 29-year-old having called in sick seven times this year alone.
Meanwhile, PSG are ready to report Barcelona to FIFA over their pursuit of midfielder Adrien Rabiot, according to Sport.
The Liga club are reportedly keen to bring in the French midfielder to bolster their options in that area of the pitch but PSG are not impressed with their attempts to convince the 23-year-old to move.
Barca, meanwhile, are apparently perplexed at the suggestion, reportedly claiming they informed PSG of their interest through director of football Pep Segura and techincal secretary Eric Abidal.
